Logical data type. The following table lists values for lValue.

lValue	Description
False (.F.)	(Default) The field is encoded as hexBinary.
True (.T.)	The field is encoded as base64.

Applies To: XMLField Class

IsBase64 applies only when the IsBinary property is True (.T.).
